1. Who we are
Aryos Group is an international recruitment company based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. We introduce candidates from the Middle East to employers in Europe and North America, and we prepare the documents those employers and the relevant authorities require.
In this notice, "we" and "us" mean Aryos Group. "You" means anyone who applies through this website, contacts us, or uses the visa status service.
2. Applying is free
Aryos Group does not charge candidates a fee to apply, to be shortlisted, or to be introduced to an employer. No member of our staff will ever ask you for a payment in exchange for a job offer or a faster decision.
If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for money, do not pay. Contact the Erbil office directly on the number published on this website and tell us what happened.
Some third parties do charge their own fees that we neither set nor receive — consular visa fees, medical examinations, document translation and legalisation, and travel. Where a cost like this applies to your file, your case officer will tell you before it is incurred.
3. Your responsibility for what you tell us
Everything you enter in the application must be true, accurate and your own. We pass your answers to employers and to consular authorities, who verify them independently.
This matters most for the question about past arrests or convictions. Consulates run their own criminal record checks. A case you declare honestly is very often not an obstacle; the same case discovered after you denied it usually means refusal, and can result in a multi-year ban on reapplying to that country.
Submitting documents that are not yours, altered, or forged ends our relationship immediately and may be reported to the authorities.
You must be at least 16 years old to apply. Most of the roles we advertise require you to be 18 or older.
4. What we collect
When you apply, we collect:
- Your full name, phone number, age, gender, nationality and marital status
- The number of people in your family
- Your education, current job, work experience, skills and the languages you speak
- Whether you have been arrested or convicted, and the details if you have
- A photograph of your face (a selfie)
- Photographs of the front and back of your national identity document
We also record the date you applied, the job you applied for, and the fact that you accepted these terms together with the time you accepted them.
Our server records the IP address a submission came from. We use this only to limit how many applications can be sent from one connection, which protects the service from automated abuse.
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Jobs you save are stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
5. How we use it
We use your information only to:
- Assess whether you match a role we are recruiting for
- Introduce you to an employer and support you through interviews
- Prepare and submit work permit and visa applications in your name
- Arrange medical checks, translations, travel and arrival where these apply
- Contact you about your application and keep your status up to date
Your identity documents exist on your file for one reason: a work permit and visa application cannot be made without them. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not sell or rent your information to anybody, for any purpose.
7. How long we keep it
- Active files are kept while your application is in progress and for the duration of any placement that results from it.
- Inactive files — no contact and no progress for 24 months — are deleted.
- Identity photographs are deleted once the permit or visa decision is final and no appeal is open.
You can ask us to delete your file sooner. See section 8.
8. Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your file entirely
- Stop contacting you
- Withdraw your agreement to these terms
Write to info@aryosgroup.com or message the office on WhatsApp with your name and, if you have one, your visa key. We answer within 48 hours and act within 30 days.
Withdrawing your agreement or asking for deletion while an application is with a consulate means we can no longer act for you, and that application will normally have to be abandoned. We will explain the consequences before we do anything irreversible.
9. Security
Applications are sent to us over an encrypted connection. Access to files is limited to staff working on them. Identity photographs are not published, not posted on social media, and not included in anything we send to a third party unless that party needs them for your permit.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority without delay.
10. No guarantee of a job or a visa
Applying does not create a contract of employment and does not guarantee an interview, an offer, a permit or a visa. Hiring decisions belong to the employer. Permit and visa decisions belong to the authorities of the destination country. We cannot overturn a refusal, and we do not promise a particular outcome or timescale.
Salaries, hours and benefits shown on this website are the terms the employer has given us at the time of publishing. The contract you are offered is the document that governs your employment.
11. Terms for employers
Employers who engage us agree to provide accurate role, salary and contract information; to treat candidates lawfully and equally; to meet the labour and immigration obligations of their own country; and not to pass candidate information to anyone outside their hiring process. Commercial terms are set out in the separate agreement we sign with each employer.
12. Using this website
The content, wording, layout and images on this site belong to Aryos Group. You may read and share them; you may not copy them to present as your own work or to operate a competing service.
The visa status page is for candidates with a file at our office. Do not attempt to look up keys that are not yours. Statuses are updated by case officers during office hours and may lag behind a decision by a short time.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will contact candidates with an active file directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Nothing here removes a right you have under a law that applies to you and cannot be set aside by agreement.
