Understanding your status
What each status means
- Under Review
- Your file is complete and with the consulate or the employer. Nothing is needed from you — we will contact you when the decision arrives.
- Need More Documents
- Something is missing or unclear. The missing items are listed in your result box. Send them by WhatsApp or bring the originals to the office.
- Approved
- The permit or employer approval is granted. Your case officer will book the visa appointment and confirm your travel window.
- Issued
- The visa is in your passport or sent to your email. Keep a printed copy with you when you travel.
